Welcome to AstroBloom. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, website, and any deliverables we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
OVERVIEW
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of services provided by AstroBloom ("AstroBloom", "we", "us"). By purchasing, accessing, or using our services or deliverables (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms.
SERVICES
AstroBloom provides one-off website AI visibility analysis and optimization services delivered digitally, which may include:

AI Visibility Score (mini report)

Website visibility audit (report + recommendations)

Optional implementation services on Wix (when offered and purchased)
Your exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees are those shown on the checkout page, invoice, proposal, or written agreement for your purchase ("Order").
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to provide timely and accurate information required to deliver the Services, including (where applicable) website/admin access, brand/service details, and approvals.
You are responsible for:

Your website, hosting, domain, and backups

Your business compliance (including consumer law, advertising/claims, and any industry regulations)

Any third-party platforms or tools you use (e.g., Wix, payment providers, analytics tools)
NO GUARANTEES
We will provide the Services with reasonable care and skill. However, you acknowledge that results in search engines and AI-powered discovery tools vary and depend on factors outside our control (including algorithm/model updates, competition, technical constraints, and changes made after delivery). We do not guarantee any specific rankings, traffic, revenue, or business outcomes.
IMPLEMENTATION & CHANGES ( IF PURCHASED)
If you purchase implementation support, you authorise AstroBloom to make the agreed changes within the scope of your Order.
You acknowledge that:

Implementation may be limited by platform constraints, third-party conflicts, or access restrictions

We may require your review/approval before publishing changes
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing:

AstroBloom retains all rights to our frameworks, templates, methodologies, and know-how.

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the deliverables for your own business use.
You may not resell, publish, distribute, or create derivative commercial products from our deliverables without written permission.
PAYMENTS, FEES & TAXES
Fees are one-off unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed via third-party providers.
GST (Australia): Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown in Australian dollars and are GST-inclusive if AstroBloom is required to charge GST. If GST applies, it will be shown on your invoice/checkout.
You are responsible for any other taxes, duties, currency conversion charges, and bank fees that apply to your purchase.
REFUNDS
Refunds are governed by the AstroBloom Refund Policy.
In summary (subject to the Refund Policy and any non-excludable rights under applicable law):

Because our Services are digital and/or customised, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available once work has started or a deliverable (or a substantial portion of it) has been delivered.

Where there is an issue with delivery (e.g., not delivered, materially incomplete, or produced using clearly incorrect inputs), we will first attempt to correct or re-issue the deliverable within a reasonable time. If we cannot resolve the issue, you may be entitled to a refund or other remedy.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Refund Policy, the Refund Policy controls for refunds.
LIABILITY LIMITATION
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• AstroBloom will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or missed opportunities.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to AstroBloom for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
TERMINATION
We may refuse or discontinue Services if you breach these Terms, do not provide required information, or engage in abusive or unlawful conduct. Where work has already started, fees may remain payable as described in the Refund Policy and/or your Order.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the effective date posted on our website.
