Refund Policy(Australia) — AstroBloom
Effective Date: 02.04.2026
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from AstroBloom (“we”, “us”, “our”) and processed primarily via Stripe for our AI visibility agent services (the “Services”).
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
GENERAL POLICY ( DIGITAL + CUSTOMISED SERVICES )
All of our Services are digital and/or customised to your inputs. For change-of-mind refunds, eligibility may be limited once work has started or a deliverable has been provided.
AI VISIBILITY DIAGNOSIS ( $17 )
A) Cancellation before delivery (12-hour window)
If you have not yet received your Diagnosis Report, you may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided we have not already started producing your report (or only minimal processing has occurred).
B) After delivery (no change-of-mind refunds)
Once the Diagnosis Report (or any substantial portion of it) is delivered, the purchase is non-refundable for change-of-mind reasons (including “I no longer need it”, “I expected different results”, or “I don’t like the outcome”).
C) If there’s a problem (fix first, then remedy)
If your report is not delivered, materially incomplete, or clearly produced using incorrect inputs (e.g., wrong business/profile), contact us and we will aim to correct or re-issue it promptly. If we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a refund or other remedy under ACL.
SATISFACTION SUPPORT ( CLARIFICATION / IMPROVEMENT )
If you are not satisfied with your Diagnosis outcome, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to:
• clarify how results were derived,
• correct identifiable input errors, and/or
• provide a reasonable revision (where feasible).
We do not guarantee specific outcomes (rankings, reach, revenue, approvals, or algorithmic performance).
ADVANCED SERVICES ( STARTER / PRO )
Refund terms for higher-tier Services will be provided in writing before purchase and may depend on scope, milestones delivered, and progress of work.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
• No change-of-mind refunds once work has commenced.
• If you cancel after work has commenced, you may be responsible for fees covering work completed up to the cancellation date, plus any non-refundable third-party costs (if applicable), subject to ACL.
HOW TO REFUNDS ARE ISSUED ( STRIPE )
If a refund is approved:
• Refunds are issued via Stripe to the original payment method used at checkout (card/bank method), unless otherwise required by law.
• We cannot redirect refunds to a different card/account once Stripe has initiated the refund to the original payment method.
REFUND PROCESSING TIMES
• We typically process approved refunds within 3 business days.
• After processing, Stripe/banks usually take 5–10 business days to reflect the funds (timing varies by bank and payment method).

CHARGEBACKS
Please contact us first before starting a chargeback. Many issues can be resolved quickly through support. Unresolved chargebacks may delay resolution while we investigate with Stripe.
